DALZIEL’S NOTTINGHAM BUTCHERS SHOW IS BEST EVER It was the biggest and best

yet, with over 600 visitors travelling from far and wide to Dalziel’s flagship Butchers Show in Nottingham - probably the UK’s biggest gathering of independent retail butchers.
As a dedicated trade show
for the retail butchery sector, the event at DF Dickens featured the very latest products and innovations from specialist Dalziel and its key partners.
Over 25 exhibitors included
Lucas Ingredients, Verstegen, Enterpack, Dalebrook and Dibal. Along with a wide variety of craſt and artisan displays, there were also live butchery demonstrations from the finest butchers across the

butchers with new and exciting ideas, explained Danny Upson, Dalziel’s retail butchery sales director. “We aim to inspire our customers to help them drive their business forward. From new product tastings to the latest machinery, it’s become the must-attend event for independent retail butchers who want to stay ahead of the game.”

Dalziel North West Butchers Show in Chorley on 16 September. n
