South Wales employers recognised for valuable careers support for young people
Companies from south Wales have been recognised for helping school pupils across Wales prepare for their future careers. Held at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff

The regular collector’s bonanza reaches Cardiff again when Wales’s largest and most important Toy & Train Sale arrives at Penarth Leisure Centre in Cogan, between 10.30am and 3.00pm on Saturday 5th January 2019. This will be the fi rst such Cardiff event of the New Year but three further dates in 2019 are already booked at this venue, with the following one scheduled for Saturday 6th April.

in Blaenau Gwent by providing interview preparation and mock interviews. Their work with Pen-Y- Cwm Special Educational Needs (SEN) School was
also the fi rst occasion a business had been requested to deliver training to an SEN school as part of the Education Business Exchange Programme. Since being launched in 2018, the Education Business Exchange, facilitated by Careers Wales Business Engagement Advisers now has 13,000 companies on board which helps hundreds of schools in Wales.
