Ben and Victoria were able to afford the Holmewood property in Dinas Powys with the help of Kier Living

New Homes and the South West Wales

We ask Victoria about her experience with Keir Living, this is what she had to say:-

Why did you decide to purchase a Kier property, and did you consider any other builders? We liked the location and the specification. We were about to exchange contracts with another major developer but we changed our mind when we saw that there was a better option with Kier in a location we preferred.

Did you utilise Help to buy Wales or part exchange when purchasing a Kier property? If so, what were your reasons for this? We utilised Help to Buy as we have a young toddler and wanted to move out of our rented flat into a newbuild as soon as possible rather than waiting longer to buy an older renovation property in the same location.

How satisfied or dissatisfied are you with the service provided by Kier during the reservation process? I am very satisfied with the service. The team at Caerwent Gardens have been really friendly, helpful, quick with their communications and have gone above and beyond for us including staying after office hours on one occasion as we were late for an appointment.

On a scale of 0-10 how likely would you be to recommend Kier to a friend based on your experience so far?

10 - So far I would definitely recommend Kier and we hope it continues this way until the end of the whole process

What are you most looking forward to when you complete on your new Kier Home?

I am most looking forward to decorating our new home and having a lovely garden for our little one to play in!

Who will be living with you in your new home?

My husband and our young toddler.
