Andover celebrates 20 years in business this year...

Who is Andover and what do they do? Andover is very proud to be celebrating 20 years in business this year. We are an Agency that works specifically with NHS Hospital Trusts, independent hospital groups, residential care and nursing homes. We work in the areas of general nursing, mental health, learning disabilities and also with children and adolescent services. We provide registered nurses (RN, RNMH, RNLD and CAMHs) and healthcare support workers throughout South, Mid and West Wales.

What is unique about working for Andover Nursing Services? Andover has been in operation since 2000. Our agency staff are not numbers. We know them all individually and we insist on their continual personal development and training so they are fit for the roles and assignments we procure. Andover prides itself on high standards, reliable and committed staff who care about what they do and have the skillset to fulfil the roles demanded of them. Consequently Andover is able to give a high quality and tailored service to purchasers of our services.

Te top 3 qualities we look for in a candidate? From the first point of contact Andover seeks a professional approach, a strong values base and commitment to the role. Experience is obviously important but these 3 qualities are equally as important. Andover is always looking to engage with individuals of this calibre who also have experience in the nursing/healthcare sector and welcomes applications from registered nurses, student nurses and healthcare support workers who can match our criteria.
