Almost 10 per cent of the new homes at a development in Cardiff have been reserved, just weeks after being released onto the market. The first properties have been released for sale at Charles Church’s River Walk development at St Edeyrn's Village in Old St Mellons, a stone’s throw from Cardiff Gate Retail Park.

Using the scheme, Charles Church will arrange for at least two valuations of a customer’s current property, agree a market price and then buy it. There are no estate agents fees or


marketing fees – and people can remain in their own property until the new house at River Walk is ready to be occupied.
