Hooka handles tight corners Light-footed McConnel Robocut

McConnel is expanding its Robocut remote controlled mower line-up with the launch of the RC28. It has been developed for fine turf applications where a light footprint and minimal surface disturbance is paramount. It can tackle slopes of up to 55° and GPS

enabled, allowing automatic tracking for straight mowing on lateral slopes. Cutting height is adjustable between 30mm and 180mm, and the mowing decks are raised and lowered electrically, eliminating the need for hydraulics. Powered comes from a 28hp fuel-injected Vanguard petrol engine.

Designed to combine the capabilities of a micro forklift, a tracked dumper and a spider crane for lifting and shifting heavy landscaping materials, the Hooka is 1m wide to accept pallets and bulk bags. It can gain access to tight work areas and a patented Load-lock system has been

developed to eliminate the inherent instability of traditional Forklifts by effectively turning suspended payloads into safety ballast for the machine. Made by Hook-up Solutions, the machine can handle loads of up to 1.5 tonnes and

runs on a wide rubber track base for stability and low ground pressure. 01462 499642
