Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, which runs throughout the year.
Young Professionals Coaching Skills Certificate Spring 2019 (available to groups within organisations) Young people in the workplace can benefit
hugely from discovering more about who they are and who they want to be in the future. Those of you already working with
millennials and young professionals will appreciate the people skills learning gap after graduate training or for those new to leadership roles. The aims of this enlightened programme
are not only to develop coaching skills but also to encourage and practice active listening, a truly valuable life skill. It will be hugely beneficial in developing self-awareness as well as from a professional development perspective.
