SOFTWARE company Midsoft has been riding the crest of the wave of Customer Management Systems for almost 20 years, helping businesses manage their workloads simply and efficiently. A popular combination is to integrate MidWeigh, the weighbridge and waste management system, with SkipTrak. Another important link is to accounting software. Midsoft can link to Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and the accounting system, Summarium. This saves hours of work creating invoices and updating ledgers.
On top of integrating SkipTrak with other in-house systems, Midsoft are also able to work with other parties and the software they are using. One such company is outsourced waste and recycling services provider Reconomy, who has chosen Midsoft as its main partner due to the high number of their clients also being Reconomy suppliers.

Recent developments have included a driver’s mobile application to further improve automation. Customers simply sign on the driver’s phone or tablet and all the information is sent back to the office including photos. Waste transfer notes are then emailed within a few minutes. This allows the clients to save lots of time scanning or copying tickets and they can be automatically included with invoices.
