POACHERS HERD


Brothers Simon and Tim Jones are behind the successful Poachers cheese in Lincolnshire. Cheese is made every day using all of the milk produced by the 270-head Poachers herd.


ROSSETT HERD


Adding value to milk in Andrew and Jenny Jones’ Rossett herd has been achieved through breeding decisions. The decision has been made to produce A2 milk through breeding A2 positive cows.


TANGLWYST HERD


This summer Rhys Lougher celebrates 10 years since he took the step to start processing and retailing milk from the 110-head herd in South Wales.
