Enquiry Service: crownwood@btconnect.com Feature – Sound/Audio Visual CHURCH AV IN THE COVID-19 WORLD

STAGELOGIC LTD (previously PROMOTIVATIONS) has been providing audio visual solutions to support and enhance many ministry types for churches throughout the UK since 1999.

Specialists in visual technology such as projection systems and large screen displays for communicating song words, notices, sermon highlights, videos and live camerawork, we also provide sound and lighting systems for complete technical solutions. From the oldest churches to the newest, the smallest churches to the largest, we are involved in providing AV projects across many denominations throughout the UK from our new facilities in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

Since the onset of lockdown restrictions, we’ve responded to and catered for the rapidly increasing demand in live streaming as churches have taken the necessary opportunity to spread the gospel, serve the communities and stay in touch via digital means. Some churches have been involved in streaming for a number of years but for many it’s new ground and a new culture to embrace as well as a whole new bunch of terminology and technical acronyms to absorb. At Stagelogic we help by offering a range of solutions from expert advice on how best to use existing resources where budgets may be restricted, to installing multi-camera, multimedia and multi-platform systems to stream globally. Having close relationships with major suppliers enables us to stay up to date with the latest and breakthrough technologies, and also secure stock quickly in times of high demand. One of our most popular product lines are

remote controlled PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) full HD cameras which simultaneously output HDMI and 3G-SDI for in-church displays (e.g. projection screens, TVs, recording, etc.) and at the same time output a stream feed to route directly to platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, via free or subscribed software. They can also be used to feed into Zoom, Teams or Skype sessions and with multiple pre-sets, a number of camera angles and zoom settings can be recalled quickly on a single camera. Beyond that, with the right configuration, it’s possible to control the camera(s) from a remote location which may be useful in current pandemic restrictions. If you are looking for an audio-visual system or upgrade, or a live streaming setup in your church we offer free, no-obligation surveys and work closely with you to deliver the right solutions with a supportive and competitive approach.

From 12th Century Grade 1 listed buildings to ultra- modern new builds we apply our expertise to ensure all solutions meet with the aesthetics, fabric and safety compliances of the buildings while providing highly practical solutions in a COVID-19 safe way.
