Their light commercial range of products includes Fan Convectors, Fan Coils, Air Curtains, Unit Heaters and Pedestal Heaters. They also manufacture the market leading range of Space Saver plinth heaters for kitchen installations. The majority of their range is manufactured from raw materials in their UK factory so they can respond to short lead times and urgent customer requirements.
Caspian, their range of fan convectors, has recently been updated to include Smart Control which integrates several of the most commonly sought-after control features into one control unit. It offers room temperature control as well as a range of time controlling features, making it perfect for buildings that serve a varied community demand.
Smart Control can automatically control the fan speed of the Caspian fan convector, adjusting it in relation to the air temperature in the room providing a fast heat up period when required, and the quietest possible operation during occupied periods. Smart Control can be operated and programmed via an app using a smartphone, tablet or PC. Smith’s has a team of experts who are able to provide technical support and advise on the best solutions to heat commercial spaces using fan convector technology. Their experts carry out site visits to discuss the options for heating and cooling commercial spaces including schools, healthcare, offices and other larger spaces.
