replacement buildings, the two-storey, ultra-energy efficient Schoolhaus building was funded by UK Energy Partners on a seven-year operating lease. Schoolhaus, built and delivered by the


company’s offsite construction division, Net Zero Buildings, is an appealing solution for schools with its funding options and minimal ongoing utilities and maintenance costs. Key features include the latest mechanical ventilation and heat recovery, LED lights and occupancy and motion sensors controlling both lighting and heating; all powered by the building’s solar powered PV roof. Taking part in the official opening,

Offsite approach preferred for Harrogate sports complex
