Focus on Promotional Products Roland DG
Get your products looking the best Whether it’s branded drinkware, awards, packaging, gifts, or promotional merchandise, print providers are increasingly being asked to produce products that look great and stand up to regular use.
Roland DG’s MO Series UV fl atbed printers, paired with the new EUV-H Hard Ink, are designed to help businesses meet that challenge. The new ink delivers enhanced scratch, chemical, and weather resistance, enabling users to create more durable applications across a wide range of materials, including plastic, glass, and metal.
For businesses operating in the promotional products sector, this opens up opportunities to expand into higher-value applications where both appearance and longevity matter. Whether producing personalised gifts, premium branded merchandise, packaging, or other custom products, the combination of the MO Series and EUV-H gives users the fl exibility to take on more demanding projects with confi dence. As demand grows for promotional products that combine visual impact with long-lasting performance, durability is becoming an important differentiator. By combining the versatility of UV printing with the enhanced performance of EUV-H, print providers can broaden their offering, create products built to last, and unlock new opportunities across the promotional products market.

DTO meets the need for
retail-quality promotional print From drinkware to sporting equipment, people are seeking promotional products that feel premium, high quality, and bespoke. The print-on-demand nature of direct to object (DTO) inkjet printing is perfectly suited to meet this growing demand for low-volume, high-quality print.
Inkcups’ direct to object UV inkjet printing range includes both fl atbed DTO printers and the Helix range of cylindrical DTO printers.
The X5-T High Throw enables high-quality printing onto products up to 500mm in height and maintains print quality at signifi cantly greater print head-to-object distances than conventional UV inkjet systems. This enables decorating onto products such as handled mugs, tumblers, and sporting goods. In June 2026, Inkcups launched the Helix High Throw, bringing High Throw capabilities to cylindrical DTO applications. This system is designed to handle height variations of up to 15mm while producing seamless 360° graphics on cylindrical and conical products such as stepped drinkware, vessels with handle attachment posts, pet bowls, and plant pots.
Helix High Throw
The Helix ONE is Inkcups’ entry-level solution that breaks down barriers to entry into cylindrical DTO printing. Using patented Helix technology in a compact benchtop design, it enables decorating of straight-walled and tapered cylindrical products including drinkware, bottles and candle holders.
