It is estimated that it costs around £150 million a year to remove gum from our streets, and that almost every shopping street in the UK is plastered with the tell-tale white splodges. If only someone could come up with a way of helping us deal with the sticky stuff.


Step forward Gumdrop, the first company in the world to recycle and process chewing gum into a range of new compounds that can be used in the rubber and plastics industry.
