Focus on Transfer Printing

Screen Print World Setting the standard

The M&R Saturn Platinum Graphic Press Saturn Platinum II sets the standard for high tolerance printing in a compact press, with a level of control and quality normally found only in large, expensive presses. It’s ideal for applications where absolute precision is critical, delivering exceptional results on circuit boards, nameplates, panels, backlit

graphics, fl exible membrane switches, glass, ceramics, and four-colour halftone printing. Saturn Platinum II uses separate motors for lift/ lower and print/ fl ood. The variable-frequency AC electric drive motors are brushless and maintenance-free. Saturn Platinum II’s heavy-duty, chatter-free design and fl at metal-alloy vacuum bed provide the rigidity and stability necessary for high-quality prints and long press life. Saturn Platinum II’s user-friendly control panel simplifi es operation by using icons to identify press functions. Squeegee traverse speed and fl ood bar traverse speed can be set separately.

The M&R Saturn Platinum Graphic Press Saturn Platinum II is available from Screen Print World.

Global Print Solutions Invest in the best

When producing transfers, it is acknowledged that companies need to invest in the most appropriate for the task. This is equally important for your choice of heat press as it is for your screen printing press.

The choices you will be faced with range from single platens or a twin platen press, manual or pneumatic, standard bed or cantilevered.

These are all choices Global Print Solutions will work through with you.

Many heat presses on the market are built with a view of being a replaceable consumable.

Not GPS’ presses. GPS is the UK distributor of Fuchs heat presses, which are built to last.

Fuchs is a family-owned business that has a long tradition of manufacturing heat presses in Bavaria, Germany, since the 1906s. There are still Fuchs presses from the 60s that are working today.

Air-Swing 2000 Pro

Fuchs is passionate about its products, this can be seen through the manufacturer’s dedication to quality, innovation, knowledge, and high-quality components. Fuchs offers a full range of manual, semi-automatic and pneumatic models. You can choose between clam presses, swing presses, fusing presses, sliding table presses, membrane presses, large format presses and automatic presses with one or two stations. If you want to put a transfer on a ball, Fuchs has a press to suit.
