Sportswear brand Castore acquires Leeds-based Infinity Inc

nfinity Inc has been acquired by Castore, in a move which strengthens the premium sportswear brand’s supply chain. Infinity Inc is already a key supplier to Castore and through this acquisition greater speed to market is now enabled when servicing both UK and international sporting partners. Phil Beahon, co-founder of Castore, said: “We have long admired Infinity and have worked closely with Darren and his team over the years so know the quality of product they can deliver. We look forward to integrating the business with Castore but also continuing to service the wide array of customers already being serviced by Infinity.”

Ronen Samuel, Kornit’s chief executive officer, said: “Despite enduring macroeconomic challenges, we saw success with the strategic initiatives we implemented in Q4 and early this quarter. “Our pipeline for the Apollo has already been filled for 2024 by customers addressing both existing and target markets, and we are now building our pipeline for 2025. Additionally, in the first quarter of the AIC pilot on Apollo,


the model generated highly positive feedback and drove multiple orders. “As we look ahead, we are dedicating our attention and resources to ensuring that we have put all the necessary pieces in place to deliver on our vision of transitioning long-run production to sustainable, on-demand digital production, globally.”


The Q1 revenue of $43.8m compared with $47.8m the previous year was primarily due to lower system revenues. The second quarter of the year, Kornit expects revenues to be in the range of $47 million to $52 million.

The open call for submissions is running throughout 2024 and invites all those who wear a uniform for work to enter the campaign. Four Uniform Heroes will be selected throughout the year, and surprised on the job with a £200 voucher, plus more surprise goodies. Global uniform supplier, Mi Hub launched the first annual Uniform Hero campaign and International Uniform Week in 2023. The first annual celebration in 2023 saw two uniform heroes crowned and surprised on the job among. Royal Mail postie, Terence and NHS occupational therapist, Emily were gifted a box of goodies.
