Stanley/Stella provides update on its path to sustainability

ver the last few months, Stanley/Stella has been working on many projects regarding sustainability. Sustainability is one of the brand’s main core values. From the cotton fi eld to its collection, but also its waste treatment, Stanley/Stella’s objective is to always act with transparency for people, the planet and for society. Along its path to sustainability, Stanley/Stella has recently become a Fair Wear Foundation leader. The Fair Wear Foundation is a non-profi t multi-stakeholder organisation that works with 149 garment companies to improve labour conditions in the garment industry. The foundation evaluates topics like supply chain, labour
practices, traceability, and management during the Fair Wear Foundation Brand Performance Check.
Stanley/Stella has been a member since it was founded, and now, its leader status at Fair Wear Foundation has been renewed. Being a leader indicates Stanley/Stella showed best practices and its commitment in complex areas like living wages and freedom of association. Secondly, Stanley/Stella has launched the Stanley/Stella Charter, which is a guiding framework the brand will use towards operating as a responsible company in the garment industry. Avery Dennison supports women’s and non-binary people’s grassroots football

very Dennison has partnered with Manchester Laces and South London Laces football teams to support women’s and non-binary people’s football at a grassroots level.
In addition to the sponsorship fee, Avery Dennison has worked with the Laces teams and partner organisations to design new home and away kits for both teams, featuring premium Embelex trims. Both clubs will have shirts for sale on their websites to further support and raise money for their respective organisations. Avery Dennison will also donate the front-of-shirt sponsor logo space to Stadio (Manchester Laces) and VERSUS (South London Laces) since they have authentic connections to these communities. Meanwhile, Avery Dennison Embelex branding will be featured on the shirt sleeves. the UK business.
New recruits have joined across multiple disciplines, including fi ve new sales and customer service co-ordinators, plus two warehouse operatives, working from the West London offi ce and distribution centre. In addition, the company added two production co-ordinators to the expanding team in the Philippines.
Geiger also welcomed on board account director Nikki de Bruin, who has almost 20 years of experience within the promotional merchandise industry.
