nnovation is a buzz word at Dorotape and the company is at the heart of new product developments in the world of HTV.
Look out for eco-friendly printable Turbo options; 4038H2O and 4039 Go Green that are both 100% solvent free water- based PU fi lms with eco-friendly liners as well as a version specifi cally for UV printing inks.
Also joining the line up for 2023 is a metallic printable fi lm Poli-Flex 4655 as well as fl ame retardant options, the printable Poli-Flex 4670FR plus eight standard colours in the aptly named Poli-Flex Flame Retardant range. These comply with DIN EN ISO 4589-2 standard and have been specially developed for use in high fi re risk areas such as for hotel staff, industrial workwear and motorsport clothing. All fi lms are from leading European manufacturer Poli-Tape which is renowned throughout the world for being at the forefront of producing consistent high quality HTV materials so fi nding your perfect match has never been easier, and application has never been quicker! Poli-Flex Turbo is recognised as being the best in class when it comes to coloured HTV. Continued investment means that this range is now boosted with 58 colours available off the shelf for next day delivery, including eight neon fl uorescents and no less than 16 bright metallic options keeping it up to date with evolving trends. This super soft PU fi lm can be used on a variety of textiles such as cotton, polyester and blended fabrics such as polyester/ acrylic as well as uncoated nylon. Printable with solvent, eco-solvent and latex inks, the special primer topcoat offers unrivalled ink anchorage, high resolution image printing and excellent washing- resistance.

is the speed and temperature of heat pressing. This dramatically cuts down on the application time, improving both productivity and profi tability. At a temperature of 160°C, pressing time is only three seconds, but it can also be applied at a press temperature as low as 130°C for just fi ve seconds.
