DOF Robotics: Building the Future of Immersive Amusement

Ahead of IAAPA London, Park World’s Matt Broughton spoke to Bakit Baydaliev, CEO of DOF Robotics.

Matt: Can you start by telling us how the first half of 2026 has been for DOF? Bakit: The first half of 2026 has felt genuinely energizing; for the team, and for the direction of the company. A lot of what we have been building quietly over the past few years is now becoming visible to the wider industry, and that is an exciting shift.

The standout moment was undoubtedly the launch of the SphereFly at Amusement Expo International in Las Vegas. It was the first time we had publicly presented the concept to international buyers, and the response confirmed something we had long believed: there is a real appetite for a flying theater

experience that works in spaces where the full- scale format simply isn't an option. Opening that conversation with the industry felt significant. Alongside that, our IPO on Borsa Istanbul marked a new chapter for the business, one that gives us both the structure and the confidence to move faster and think bigger. And we have been present across key global shows this year, from Las Vegas to Hong Kong, which keeps us connected to where the industry is heading. It was a full first half, and a purposeful one.

M: Is there an overarching goal driving the company's efforts this year?

B: If I were to distill it into one word, it would be relevance. Not just being present in the market but being genuinely useful to it. We want operators to think of DOF not as a supplier they buy from once, but as a partner they build with over time. That has shaped everything from how we

develop products to how we structure our relationships with venues. The SphereFly is a good example: it came from listening carefully to what a large segment of the market told us they wanted, the flying theater experience, but needed it in a format that could actually work for them. That kind of responsiveness is what we are building the whole company around.
