ReplayOS
Matt Broughton spoke to Stefan Wignell, Director of Sinarchie Media, about a new autonomous revolution happening in on-ride video capture and delivery.
Firstly, please tell us all about this new automated system you're deploying.
ReplayOS is a fully automated on-ride video capture and delivery system. It films every rider on a coaster, identifies them individually, and delivers a personalised HD video directly to their
mobile phone, all within a couple of minutes of them stepping off the ride. No app download, no kiosk queue, no staff required at any point in the process. The rider wears a wristband with a unique QR
code. They scan it at a station before or after their ride to register. Cameras mounted on the coaster cars film the entire experience, and our system automatically matches the footage to the correct rider and sends them a text message with a link to preview and purchase their video. They pay on their phone, and the video downloads instantly. The entire process - from filming to editing to
delivery to payment - runs autonomously, seven days a week, from park open to park close. There is no human intervention at any stage.
Tell us about you and your industry background.

I'm the founder of Sinarchie Media, a content and marketing agency based in Lincolnshire. For the past five years, we've worked with businesses across tourism, leisure, agriculture, infrastructure, and security, helping them tell their stories through video, campaigns, websites, and brand strategy. Our client base ranges from family-run attractions to national organisations.
That background in content creation and understanding what makes people engage with media is really what led to ReplayOS. I've spent years helping businesses communicate who they are and why they matter. ReplayOS applies that same thinking to the guest experience, giving people a piece of content they genuinely want to keep, share, and relive.
How did you come to set up this venture?
It started quite organically. We were already working with Botton's Pleasure Beach in Skegness on their social media and content. As part of that, we were capturing POV videos on their roller coasters, and they were performing incredibly well online. Millions of views, huge engagement. That got me thinking. What if we could build a system that creates this content every single day, automatically, without anyone needing to be there? What if every rider could have their own personalised video, delivered straight to their phone, without any friction?
I brought in Phil, my technical co-founder, and we went on a real journey of exploration. Working out how to make the system as friction- free as possible for both the ride operators and
