SpongeBob’s Crazy Carnival Ride Opens at The Land of Legends


SpongeBob SquarePants, the silly sea sponge who lives in a pineapple under the sea, has a new home in Türkiye. Park World’s North American Editor, Susan Storey, reports.

ast month, The Land of Legends Theme Park debuted an entire new area, Nickelodeon Land, which includes three themed areas


featuring beloved franchises Star Trek: Prodigy, Adventure Bay PAW Patrol and the zany underwater world of Bikini Bottom. One of the new marquee    looked to Sally Dark Rides. The new attraction is the first SpongeBob


SquarePants dark ride outside the United States. Last year, Sally debuted the original storyline and ride experience at Circus Circus in Las Vegas, Nevada. On March 1, exactly one year later, the globally recognized dark ride and animatronic manufacturer celebrated the grand opening of the sister attraction at The Land of Legends. The fully immersive and interactive dark ride feature creative sets, special effects, lively animatronics, and integrated animation.  

To set the story, Mr. Krabs invites riders to try their luck at a collection of midway games. SpongeBob and Patrick try to assist him and accidentally grab boxes filled with buns, frozen patties, sea tomatoes and other ingredients needed to make the famous Krabby Patties, instead of game equipment and  sees an opportunity to steal the Krabby Patty recipe
