The EAG engagement programme has seen senior members of the team meet with 50 percent of 2025 exhibitors and conduct a digital sentiment survey issued to every company that was present on the show floor including participants in the co-located SIE Expo (SIE) and the London Casino and Gaming Show (LCG) both of which debuted in January. The second phase of the program will complete by June giving the show team a comprehensive analysis of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to feed into the development campaign for the 2026 show which will be the first under the leadership of new EAG Chairman Nick Harding.

In terms of popularity Amusements ranked at the top of the table identified as the primary sector of interest by 35 percent of visitors, followed by Adult Gaming Centres (19 percent), Pubs and Clubs (15 percent), Visitor Attractions (14 percent), Casino (9 percent), Competitive Socialising (4 percent) and Bingo (4 percent).
