ONE TREE AT A TIME

LapSafe® Plants Roots for a Greener Future With every smart locker, trolley, or vending machine sold, LapSafe® now plants a tree, offering organisations a smarter way to reduce their carbon footprint.

In a bold move to combine technology with tangible environmental impact, LapSafe®, the UK’s leading provider of smart lockers and intelligent charging solutions, has launched a new tree-planting initiative in partnership with Time4Trees. Since 1st January 2025, the company has planted one tree for every product sold, helping customers contribute directly to a more sustainable future.

Technology That Powers Progress and the Planet

LapSafe® is no stranger to sustainability. Their smart locker systems and intelligent charging solutions already help organisations reduce energy waste, optimise resource use, and improve operational efficiency. Now, with the launch of the tree-planting programme, customers get an added layer of impact, supporting UK reforestation efforts with every product they invest in.

This initiative aligns with LapSafe®’s long-standing values of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility, while offering customers a meaningful way to contribute toward their own ESG and carbon-reduction goals.

The first 250 trees have already taken root at Atlas Park in   

Partnering for a Healthier Planet

The reforestation programme is delivered in partnership with Time4Trees, a UK-based initiative founded by land restoration specialists Land Logical and M&M Environmental. Their mission is to reclaim underused and damaged land, such as disused landfill sites, and transform it into thriving, biodiverse native woodlands.

By planting native trees in both rural and urban areas, Time4Trees contributes to the UK’s legally binding commitment to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, which includes the goal of planting 1.5 billion trees nationwide.

A Greener Tomorrow, One Product at a Time

For institutions already relying on LapSafe® to manage and protect their tech, this new initiative offers a welcome bonus: a measurable environmental impact with every device management solution purchased.
