It is with immense pride and gratitude that I accept the Education Today Headteacher of the Year Award. This recognition is not solely an individual achievement; it stands as a testament to the collective effort of an exceptional team. I have always believed that our successes are built on the foundation of collaboration and shared commitment. The dedication of my colleagues, support staff, and families has made a significant impact on the lives of the children in our care, and this award is as much theirs as it is mine.

I was truly honoured and grateful to have been nominated for the Subject Lead of the Year Award along with two of my incredible colleagues, and finding out that I had won on the night was an amazing experience. This award is not only a reflection of my personal efforts, but it is also a testament to the incredible support and guidance I have received from my team and the wider school community.
