However, integration of technology within the education sector has provided children and staff with an abundance of information. They now possess more knowledge than ever before to make a well-informed decision on which field or career they wish to pursue. This boost of
aspiration to embark on their dreams, once again instils a special needs child with purpose and meaning to academically flourish. Schools have witnessed several entrepreneurs come into special education systems to discuss how continued interaction with technology can help students to widen their horizon in every way.

Mencap through their on-going partnership. EalingMencap is a local and independent charity working in the London Borough of Ealing to enable children and adults with learning disabilities to achieve their full potential. Every year they raise £2,000,000 to continue providing a wide range of essential services. In addition, Mencap has over the last year introduced the dare to dream initiative; an option to those are looking to increase their levels of independence and consider progressing into paid work. As a result, the ‘dare to dream trainees’ were supported with work placement at Acer once a week. As expected, this latest collaboration has helped the wider community in more ways than one: better employment prospects, new skills attained, and greater support given to those in need.
