local education authority is optimising best value in a major capital building programme, right through to pupil intimate care.
Dundee City Council is undertaking a £350million investment plan including
regeneration of the waterfront, affordable housing and new schools. The latest project - construction of the new North East Campus - features a
Closomat Palma Vita shower (wash & dry) toilet with height adjustable washbasin and ceiling track hoist. Looking like, and capable of being used as a conventional WC, the
Closomat Palma Vita has integrated douching and drying. As a result, all pupils, irrespective of ability, can rely on the Closomat to clean them efficiently and consistently. The provision of a hoist means should pupils need help to transfer from a
