ARGENTINA – Firman la legislación del juego remoto para Buenos Aires

a Gobernadora de la provincia de Buenos Aires, María Eugenia Vidal, juntamente con el presidente de Argentina Mauricio Macri y otros legisladores firmaron


una ley impositiva para la provincia capital argentina aprobando la Regulación del juego “on-line”. La norma dice en el Articulo 142, que se establece la


regulación de la actividad de juego online, “en sus distintas modalidades, medios electrónicos, informáticos, telemáticos e interactivos, o los que en el futuro se desarrollen, en el ámbito de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, con el fin de garantizar la protección del orden público, erradicar el juego ilegal y salvaguardar los derechos de los participantes de los juegos, de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 37 de la Constitución Provincial”. Las bases que rijan la


convocatoria serán determinadas por la Autoridad de aplicación, solamente para otorgar hasta 7 licencias, según el Artículo 148, que dice: “Para el ejercicio de las actividades objeto del presente Titulo es condición previa poseer título habilitante. Son títulos habilitantes las licencias y autorizaciones otorgadas por la Autoridad de aplicación, de acuerdo al procedimiento establecido en la reglamentación”. Los firmantes de la


propuesta normativa, del Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la provincia de Buenos Aires sancionan con Fuerza de Ley la normativa de 170 artículos, “De acuerdo con lo establecido en el Código Fiscal -Ley N° 10.397 (Texto ordenado 2011) y modificatorias-, fíjanse para su percepción en el ejercicio fiscal 2019, los impuestos y tasas que se determinan en la presente ley”, que regirá a

ARGENTINA – Buenos Aires approves online gaming

rovince of Buenos Aires Governor María Eugenia Vidal and Argentina President Mauricio Macri were joined by several other legislators in signing a tax


law for the country’ s provincial capital, approving the regulation of “on-line” gaming. Article 142 of the bill establishes regulation of the activity of online gaming, “in its various modalities, electronic, computer, telematic and interactive, or those that in the future develop, in the area of the province of Buenos Aires, in order to guarantee the protection of public order, to eradicate illegal gambling and to safeguard the rights of the participants of these games, in accordance with the provisions of article 37 of the Provincial Constitution.” The governing ruling for


tendering in online gaming will be determined by the implementing authority and will only grant up to 7 licenses, according to article 148, which reads: “For the exercise of the activities subject to this Chapter it is a prior condition to obtaining official title to operate (such activity). Licences and authorisations are granted by the implementing Authority in accordance with procedures set down in the regulations.” The signatories of the


proposed normative of the Senate and House of Representatives of the province of Buenos Aires state that the Regulation of 170 articles is enabled with full content of the Law, “According to regulations stated in tax Tax Law No. 10,397 (text modified 2011) plus amendments- All set for application in fiscal year 2019, as taxes and levies determined in this Law,” which will govern from January 1, 2019.”
