Premium metallic taps join Franke’s Mythos Masterpiece collection M

etallic finishes continue to rise in popularity in today’s kitchens, adding a touch of luxury and sophistication. These finishes work in a broad church of kitchen styles, from modern to traditional, enhancing light and creating a sense of space.

Perfectly embodying this trend, Franke has recently expanded its premium Mythos Masterpiece collection with a new range of taps to complement the existing sinks and coordinating accessories. The collection offers options in warm Copper, luxurious Gold, and dramatic Anthracite, adding an industrial edge. Together, these products bring an elegant, artful look to high-end kitchens.

Sinks with advanced technology

The Mythos Masterpiece collection offers three single bowl sink models in sizes tailored for cabinets of 800mm, 600mm, and 450mm, suitable for flushmount, slimtop, or undermount installation. Featuring Franke’s exclusive F-Inox Technology,

they ensure lifelong durability and outstanding performance. This technology incorporates a special nanocoating formula applied to the coloured PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) layer, resulting in a smooth, highly scratch and stain- resistant stainless steel surface. The sinks are also water and oil repellent, hygienic, 100% food safe, easy to clean, heatproof, and resistant to boiling water up to 100°C.

New taps enhance design story

The range’s new J Pull Down Spray taps further add to the Mythos Masterpiece design story. Designed to complement the premium sinks, they feature a stylish knurled body that adds an industrial touch to the sink space. The taps are also available in Anthracite, Copper, Gold, as well as stainless steel, allowing homeowners to curate a harmonised or eclectic design aesthetic. Mythos Masterpiece taps feature a tall, rotating spout that swivels 360°, ideal for rinsing fruit and vegetables or filling pots and pans. The pull-down sprayhead provides a powerful spray for cleaning the sink space, while the single lever offers a forward-only 100º movement, ensuring compatibility with kitchens with upstands. Crafted from solid stainless steel with a durable PVD finish, these taps are equipped with a Neoperl laminar aerator for a smooth and efficient water flow.

Finishing touches

Each Mythos Masterpiece sink includes a standard manual waste unit and a colour-matched wire grid.

Additional accessories like colour-coordinated waste kits, overflows, a strainer bowl, and Rollamat are sold separately. The premium pack features the large BXM 210/110-68 Anthracite bowl with an automatic waste kit, unique bottom grid, and high- quality chopping board.

Mythos Masterpiece sinks and taps are designed for seamless integration with Franke’s Atlas Neo soap dispensers, which also feature a metallic PVD finish. This cohesive range provides consumers with the flexibility to achieve a fully coordinated look or experiment with different finishes to suit their personal style preferences.

International acclaim

The Mythos Masterpiece J Pull Down Spray tap has already been recognised with a Kitchen Innovation Award and Red Dot Award for its outstanding design and quality, following in the footsteps of the Mythos Masterpiece sink which was recognised by both awards, and also earned an iF Design Award, in 2023.

Franke offers a 50-year warranty on the Mythos Masterpiece sink range, with two years on the finish. The Mythos Masterpiece J Pull Down Spray tap offers a five year guarantee on both parts and finish, ensuring customers peace of mind and lasting premium aesthetics
