Q&A INTERVIEW WITH ZANETI Kasia Walker
Zaneti: Scaling Up, Staying Grounded
With strong growth and a rapidly expanding retail presence, Kasia Walker, Brand Manager at Zaneti, tells BKU Editor Matt Broughton how UK manufacturing, nature-led palettes and a clear channel strategy are setting the pace for 2026.
Matt: Kasia, before we talk about 2026, could we just reflect on 2025? Can you summarise the key ‘moments’ for Zaneti from 2025? Kasia: 2025 was a very strong year for Zaneti. We successfully launched two modular ranges and one fitted furniture collection, strengthening our portfolio and giving retailers a more complete, cohesive offer backed by UK manufacturing. A key milestone was the introduction of a
new, on-trend colour palette rooted in natural tones, including Espresso, Khaki, Olive and Sandy Oak. These finishes resonated strongly with the market and reflected a clear shift towards warmer, more considered interiors. We also became the first brand to introduce wood-effect micro-shaker fitted furniture, reinforcing Zaneti’s
position as a design-led manufacturer rather than a follower.
What really stood out was the pace of adoption. Zaneti gained strong market share, with a noticeable uplift in showroom displays across the UK. That physical presence is important to us – we don’t sell online, and we believe furniture should be experienced properly. Seeing the product in situ builds confidence in the quality, finish and consistency we deliver.
Alongside launches, we continued to focus on availability, lead times and ease of doing business. As a manufacturing and distribution hybrid, maintaining strong stock levels and dependable next-day delivery remains central to how we support retailers and build long-term partnerships.
Matt: Is there an overarching goal or ambition that will drive your efforts in 2026? Kasia: Our focus for 2026 is scalability without compromise. A £1 million investment into new machinery, as part of the factory’s wider expansion plans, strengthens our manufacturing capability and allows us to increase capacity when needed. This investment supports what makes Zaneti different – direct control over production, consistent quality and reliable availability – while maintaining the stock levels and next-day delivery service our retailers rely on. Strong year-on-year growth has made forward planning essential, and our ambition is simple: to support continued demand while protecting the service, transparency and trust we’ve built with our retail partners.
