Dallmer creates luxury in Westminster
Seymour Place, in the heart of Westminster, is a vibrant area between Marble Arch and the Edgware Road, which has, like much of London, seen properties undergoing refurbishment and redevelopment over recent years with one newly built apartment complex featuring luxury en-suite shower rooms incorporating Dallmer drains. ARJ Construction Ltd. was the main “Fit out” contractor, for the dozen dwelling development continuing its chosen path of the past two decades, delivering high- end residential developments. For
the flats in Westminster, ARJ installed a range of different sized shower channels manufactured by Dallmer, a company which has, as its CEO Johannes Dallmer said, evolved “from a master craftsman business to an architectural brand.” The shower rooms have been fitted out in marble and white masonry for the fashionable, ultra- modern appearance that is favoured for many contemporary interiors.

JIS Europe Launches NEW Ardingly Towel Rail J
IS Europe has launched a new offering within its Sussex Range of 100% Stainless Steel heated towel rails. The Ardingly adds to the existing family which consists of the Cinder, Rusper, Pevensey and Lindfield. The main features of these rails are the larger than normal bar spacing. Of course with this spacing comes further practicability should you require more than one bath sheet or within a larger family bathroom. In fact this rail very much marries practicability with the more minimalistic styling popular within design today, a thoroughly modern classic.
This range of towel rails is available in three different heating formats: these being electric only, dual fuel and the ability to be utilized solely within the central heating system. The rails, as always, are suitable for open plumbing systems.
Measuring 1580mm x 520mm with a BTU rating of 2114, the rail consumes just 617 Watts; while each one is manufactured with standard 1/2” BSP tappings and is pressure tested to 12 Bar. Offering a choice of either satin or a highly polished stainless steel surface, all Ardingly towel rails are hand finished by the company’s craftsmen to ensure the highest quality is maintained; so it is
