Choosing the right pump for the job at hand
New digital tools have been introduced by Tucson to support the selection of its shower and booster pumps. The tools will help installers choose suitable products more efficiently and with greater clarity. An advanced filter allows
users to refine options according to installation requirements, reducing the number of unsuitable models displayed. The system is designed to narrow results quickly based on selected criteria. In addition, interactive performance curves are provided on Tucson’s shower and booster pump product pages. These enable installers to view pump performance across different flow rates and pressures and to input specific values in litres per minute and metres of head to check whether a model meets the required operating point. Neil Wilson, head of marketing, says: “Picking up the wrong
pump isn’t just frustrating; it can add hours onto an already packed schedule, or introduce callbacks later. Our new filters and interactive performance curves are designed to make selecting the right pump quicker and more straightforward. Whether it’s boosting shower performance or tackling low water pressure, installers want to identify the right pump quickly, fit it confidently and move on to the next job without delays.” ◼
