The recently extended range of uniSTOR cylinders from Vaillant now comprises 34 model options, including standard size cylinders, as well as slimline options, from 150 to 300 litres, all compatible with boiler and heat pump systems. New and improved thermal store


The new ECO electric thermal store range from Advance Appliances features improved insulation and reduced heat loss. Manufactured at the company’s new production facility in Walsall, the range is fully recyclable and guaranteed for 10 years. Suitable for meeting the hot water


demand in most twin bathroom properties, ECO ETS is a cylinder style stainless steel thermal store with a separate cold section – which can be supplied with an isolation kit and installed without a discharge overfl ow if preferred. The store is open vented at atmospheric pressure. Mains hot water


is via an internal coil and there is no need for relief valves, tundishes or metal discharge pipes. The store has been independently


tested and has achieved an ERP of Band ‘C’ (the highest achievable for an electric water heater). For maximum effi ciency, the cylinder should be connected to a low tariff supply and used during appropriate periods. Said to be ideal for modern apartments
