Herve Dehareng, formerly senior innovation director at Dyson, has been appointed chief executive of Luthmore, the Chippenham-based, battery-enabled boiler company. Herve brings experience in developing and launching global products and will lead the company’s next phase of development and growth.


Condair has appointed Majed Daiyoub as area sales manager for the North of England and North Wales. Majed joins Condair with a wealth of HVAC experience, having previously worked at Carrier HVAC and Air Handlers Northern. He says he’s looking forward to helping potential customers get to grips with their humidity control issues.


Sustainable heating fi rm Hewer Facilities Management has appointed Adam Daly as business development manager. Adam brings over 20 years of experience in the sector, having held senior roles at Navigator, Purmo, Westco and Fernox, and will support the nationwide rollout of the Heat Saviour product.


Samac Fixings, a supplier of fi xings, fasteners and roofi ng materials, has welcomed Simon McElrea as commercial manager. Simon brings over 30 years of experience in the merchanting sector, with expertise in operational alignment, process improvement, cost control and supplier engagement.


Shower and tapware manufacturer Methven has strengthened its UK sales team with the appointment of three new area sales managers. Kelly Marshall has been appointed area sales manager for the South West, Danielle Rose (pictured) joins to cover the North East and, Dan Smith covering the North West, North Wales and Yorkshire.


After a seven year spell working away from the business, Gary Simpson has rejoined Kudos Showers as senior business development manager. Gary fi rst joined Kudos in 2015 as an RSM for three years and then a hybrid role which included sales. In his new role he will be supporting independent retailers and plumbing merchant customers.

The latest recruit to the Stelrad Radiators sales team is Scarlett Sprudd. Joining the radiator manufacturer as area manager for the North, Scarlett, who is originally from Northumbria and now based in Morpeth, graduated in Business Management from Northumbria University in July 2025.


Drayton has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Georgia Burke (pictured) as area sales manager for the central region and Dave Velan as area sales manager for the north east. Both will support regional growth, develop customer relationships and work with merchants, contractors and developers across their respective areas.
