Home energy system that maximises efficiency
The Swedish clean energy tech company Aira has expanded its offering with the launch of two new products: the Aira Power Hub (inverter) and Aira Power Store (battery). Used together with solar panels and the Aira Heat Pump, the products form an integrated system designed to help households significantly reduce their monthly energy bills. Peter Prem, Aira Group CEO,
comments: “The launch of our complete home energy system marks a major milestone for Aira, as we unlock lower bills for millions with monthly energy bills savings of over 90%. By expanding our vertically integrated model into home energy, we are giving households the tools to generate, store and manage clean power efficiently.”
Floor-standing model for busy households
The Power Store is the battery
of the system: it banks solar generated or low-cost electricity from the grid to accommodate household needs. The Power Hub converts solar
and stored energy, directing it around the home and unlocking greater potential for increased savings. It plans, forecasts and intelligently balances energy flow between the solar panels, grid, heat pump and battery, ensuring
every device and appliance gets the energy it needs, when it needs it. As a modular and scalable system, the products are designed to be an affordable solution that suits a variety of households. Powered by Aira Intelligence,
the system maintains energy flow throughout the home, optimising in real time to deliver an efficient, comfortable and cost-effective solution. ◼

Latest version of hybrid system hub
The EvoLink Smart is Grant’s second generation of the EvoLink Hybrid System Hub. More compact in size, the EvoLink Smart is designed for use with the intuitive Aerona Smart Controller and facilitates the installation of a Grant Aerona 290 or Aerona3
heat pump with most existing domestic heating systems. The new EvoLink Smart
provides a solution for incorporating renewable energy into an existing heating system when a heat pump alone is not feasible. With the EvoLink Smart, a new Grant air-to-water heat pump can be installed with most types of existing systems, including oil, gas, LPG and modulating biomass boilers. Households can benefit from the addition

at only 350mm wide, making positioning much easier. It houses the hydraulics (including a combined mixing tank, flow and return connections, mixing PWM pump and temperature sensors) allowing installers to connect an Aerona 290 or Aerona3
R32 heat pump to an
existing system. The EvoLink Smart can also be used with boilers with a space heating output of up to 28kW. Designed to work with the
of a heat pump while keeping their existing boiler as a supplementary heat source. Like its predecessor, the
EvoLink Smart is a white- cased, wall-mounted unit designed for installation inside the home. However, the new model is significantly smaller,
Aerona Smart Controller, the EvoLink Smart enables the heat pump to operate as the main heat source, with the original boiler used only when required. This compatibility allows hybrid systems to benefit from the Smart Controller’s intuitive features. ◼

Air-to-air heat pump offers complete solution
Fullness from Clivet is an all-in-one air-to-air heat pump without an outdoor unit, designed for Nearly- Zero Energy homes. It offers a compact solution for single and multi-family applications, exploiting heat pump technology to provide total comfort with efficiency and sustainability, even in small spaces. The unit uses R-454C
refrigerant (GWP <150) and is designed to be combined with the Airpath distribution system. It satisfies all main comfort needs: heating, cooling, domestic hot water production, mechanical ventilation with thermodynamic recovery, electronic filtration and dehumidification. Comfort is
ensured by the all-air distribution system, which delivers air into rooms at the ideal temperature and humidity level. A colour user interface allows occupants to select comfort settings in just a few steps. Thanks to the low thermal
inertia of air, Fullness quickly reaches the desired climatic conditions, even when rapid switching between heating and cooling is required. Operation in free cooling further enhances efficiency. The unit is also designed to maintain domestic hot water temperature in an optional tank installed beneath or beside the main module. ◼
