DIGIMON STORY


TIME STRANGER Time Stranger is a brand-new jumping on point for the Digimon Story sub-series of JRPG video games, and is a wibbly wobbly timey wimey adventure about secret agents saving both the Planet Earth and the Digital World from a malevolent monster with a sinister plan. It took around 8 years to make, features over 450 Digimon, and you can read an interview about it later on in this very issue of MCV/DEVELOP. (Page 14!)

OCTOBER 2nd


GHOST OF


YOTEI Ghost of Yotei is the PlayStation 5 follow up to Sony’s 2020 open-world third-person action game Ghost of Tsushima. This entry tells the story of Atsu, a woman on a quest for vengeance against the people who killed her family. We’d tell you more, but we’re using our own ninja stealth skills to avoid spoilers, and crossing our fingers in hope that it won’t take too long to come to PC like its predecessor.

BATTLEFIELD 6 DICE went back to the drawing board following the less than stellar launch of Battlefield 2042, and has returned with the incredible Battlefield 6. It may actually be the best game in the shooter series since Bad Company 2, but we’ll have to do more “research” to confirm that or not. Yes, that “research” is actually “playing more Conquest”, and yes, we’d rather you didn’t tell our boss that’s what we do all day.
