New York Bakery gives its core range a festive makeover
New York Bakery, a UK bagel brand, is adding a touch of ‘Christmas in New York’ to bakery aisles this winter with the launch of limited-edition festive packaging across its core bagel range.
Landing in all major retailers from
November, the refreshed designs feature wintry backdrops and seasonal details – from sparkling lights and starry skies to
Christmas trees set against the iconic New York skyline. The festive twist builds on New York Bakery’s bold brand identity, ensuring strong standout in store and capturing shopper attention during the busy festive season. The new designs are expected to drive excitement,
further engagement and ultimately purchases during this period,
where bagels are a firm family favourite during the colder winter months. The limited-edition packs will roll out
across The Original, Sesame, Wholemeal, Red Onion & Chive and Cinnamon & Raisin bagels. Inside, shoppers can still expect the same authentic taste and chewy texture, with all bagels made the New York way – boiled then baked.
Shake Shack and Fortnum & Mason debut festive collaboration
This festive season, Shake Shack has teamed up with Fortnum & Mason, the iconic British retailer famed for its teas, biscuits, and Christmas traditions, to create a limited- edition drinks menu inspired by Fortnum’s most loved seasonal flavours. Available exclusively at Shake Shack locations across the UK from 5 November to 6 January, the collaboration blends Fortnum’s classic Christmas Merrilossus biscuits and Christmas Tea with Shake Shack’s signature shakes and Fifty/Fifty Lemonades. Merrilossus Shake – A Fortnum & Mason Merrilossus biscuit milk tea shake with cranberry swirl, topped with chopped Merrilossus biscuits.
Christmas Cranberry Fifty/Fifty – Tart cranberry lemonade layered with spiced Fortnum & Mason Christmas Tea.
“When creating this holiday drink menu with Fortnum &
Mason, we wanted to bring their signature holiday magic to Shake Shack classics,” said Peter Kayaian, Shake Shack’s Global Culinary and Product Development Manager. “The shake blends bold tea with crushed Merrilossus biscuits and milk, while the Fifty/Fifty offers a seasonal twist pairing
cranberry lemonade with Christmas Tea.” Tom Athron, CEO of Fortnum & Mason, added: “We’ve been
celebrating Christmas for over 300 years, and this year we want to shake things up. Putting an American spin on our quintessentially British biscuit culture, this collaboration is a little unexpected — and a true pleasure to share.”
