absolutely thrilled to unveil the first two names on our 2025 keynote roster: visionaries whose work is transforming the chocolate world from the ground up. This year, the London Chocolate Forum takes place at the exciting new venue of Prospero House, right in the heart of London Bridge. With enhanced facilities, expanded networking zones, and more room for engaging exhibits and tastings, Prospero House marks a new chapter in our journey to connect every link of the global chocolate supply chain.

Andrea’s academic background in industrial design, paired with her MSc in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Business Sustainability Management  to system-wide transformation. At LCF 2025, she will explore sustainable innovation across the cocoa supply chain, offering her unique insights into how businesses can foster shared value while actively combating deforestation, poverty, and inequality.


Jacob Hesse - Koa Impact


Next on our keynote stage is Jacob Hesse, Food & Beverage Growth Champion at Koa, a Swiss-Ghanaian scale-up whose       be. Jacob made waves at ProSweets 2025 with a thought-provoking presentation on upcycling cacao fruit pulp, a by-product traditionally discarded, to create healthier, more sustainable chocolate experiences. At LCF 2025, Jacob will bring his unique vision to London, showing how Koa is unlocking the other 75% of the cacao fruit to deliver value to both consumers and smallholder farmers.
