This year, the London Chocolate Forum takes place at the exciting new venue of Prospero House, right in the heart of London Bridge. With enhanced facilities, expanded networking zones, and more room for engaging exhibits and tastings, Prospero House marks a new chapter in our journey to connect every link of the global chocolate supply chain.

Next on our keynote stage is Jacob Hesse, Food & Beverage Growth Champion at Koa, a Swiss-Ghanaian scale-up whose be. Jacob made waves at ProSweets 2025 with a thought-provoking presentation on upcycling cacao fruit pulp, a by-product traditionally discarded, to create healthier, more sustainable chocolate experiences.
