SOFTSWISS’s creative campaign saw red in Amsterdam

SOFTSWISS explains its journey leading into iGB Live and the motives behind the company’s creative concept, which embraces one of Amsterdam’s key attractions.

GB Live 2024 Amsterdam welcomed thousands of game providers, operators, and affiliates to celebrate one last time before migrating to London, ExCeL in 2025. Exhibiting at the event, SOFTSWISS welcomed hundreds to its stand and held over 200 meetings with industry experts. With a team of over 60 members, the company immersed itself in the event using a theme close to Amsterdam’s heart. Earlier this year, SOFTSWISS launched a creative campaign dedicated to honouring Amsterdam’s Red-Light District in a “Daring creative concept” specifically for the event. The campaign titled “100% Satisfaction” tributes the iconic location in central Amsterdam which is extremely popular with tourists and makes up just one of the many personalities that the city has to offer.

Reflecting on the campaign, Andrey Starovoitov, Co-CEO at SOFTSWISS says that the company “took a bold step by trying something very

unconventional this year, and it paid off. The company stood out significantly at the exhibition, thanks to a unique and creative

concept that received high praise from our partners and captured the attention of many attendees. This might be the most striking concept we have implemented to date.” SOFTSWISS aims to translate this creative concept into the gaming industry and the company’s goals for satisfactory customer experiences.

The stand at iGB Live was brought to life at the RAI exhibition centre, showcasing interactive Red-Light themes, scattering 24 Kilograms of chocolate strawberries, and provided gift bags for clients. Also, the team used a three-ton stage full of equipment and 70 square metre LED screens to showcase music, lighting, visual content and treats for stand visitors. SOFTSWISS has a track record of vibrant campaigns launched in previous years, notably the ‘Bringing the Heat’ and the ‘Grab Success’ in 2022 and 2023, which attributed to the company

winning the EGR M&I Awards in both years. Outlining the company’s success through the

years, it was “a milestone year filled with dynamic successes and innovations,” explained Max Trafimovich, Chief Commercial Officer. “2024 marks the 15th anniversary of our company. Since the start of the year, SOFTSWISS has been engaged in two major M&A activities. “In January, SOFTSWISS acquired a majority stake in Turfsport, a leading South African provider of multichannel wagering software for sports, horse racing, and lotto. Later this year, SOFTSWISS acquired a significant stake in Ously Games GmbH, the driving force behind the rapidly growing European social casino SpinArena.net.” Commenting on the development of its team members, Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS

summarised the last 15 years, “Such meaningful evolutionary changes are a credit to the SOFTSWISS talented experts. I am immensely proud of having built an exceptional team. “Despite having no prior experience in the iGaming industry, their knowledge, innovative approaches, and creative thinking have made them highly sought after by our competitors. We have the most cohesive and ethically sound team in the industry.”

Another significant event for the company this year, was the appointment of Ruben Barrichello as a Non-Executive Officer in Latin America which was described as a “strategic step aimed to bolster SOFTSWISS’ expansion in the LatAm market,” claimed Max Trafimovich. With this appointment, the company has gained valuable insights from another highly competitive field, business tips and advice on Brazilian business culture for igaming stakeholders.

Following one of the most devastating floods in Brazil earlier this year, SOFTSWISS also launched a multi-phase charity project to provide long-term support and aid to those affected. This was just one of the multiple charitable initiatives introduced throughout the last three years. SOFTSWISS also invested millions of euros to support responsible gambling and invite players to participate in creating a better future for the industry.
