SHOWER- PROOF is a further D1TE adhesive with extra grab which dries white and is available in a 15-litre pack.
The range also includes the enhanced performance water resistant adhesives AQUA- TILE and AQUA-FIX for frequently wet environments (both conform with EN12004 D2T). MASTER-GRIP is a brilliant white, ready mixed, fibre reinforced ceramic tile adhesive (EN12004 D2TE) with enhanced polymer curing technology, giving improved early bond strength development, even when used with large format tiles.
Palace’s cement-based adhesives EASI- FLEX and MULTI-FLEX both S1 classification are available in both standard setting and fast setting formulas and are designed for fixing all tile types to the widest range of surfaces in all environments. For user friendly applications, EASI-SET S1 is based on rapid setting technology with an extended open/set time, whilst EXTRA-
LIGHT adhesive is available in a standard and rapid set offering the same yield from a 10kg pack as a 20kg. EXTRA-LIGHT was developed to meet the current demand for lightweight easy- to-use products.
In addition to its performance advantages, EXTRA-LITE is also a more sustainable choice, since it contains more than 40% recycled materials, consisting of sustainable materials taken from low carbon production processes. Furthermore, it provides the same performance, while doubling its coverage capacity, meaning that users can transport smaller volumes to each job with a lighter and effective adhesive bag. The company added a new range of tile adhesives to its already extensive range when it acquired the NX brand following the demise of Norcros Adhesives. The NX range fully complements the Palace range, as it is positioned to be a strategic alternative.
The company has ISO 14001 BSI accreditation for its environmental management systems and continually searches for ways to reduce its carbon footprint and create better manufacturing systems, better working conditions and a healthier planet. The installation of a closed-loop dust extraction and recycling system is one such investment by the company. The system ensures that airborne dust emissions are contained and collected within a network of extraction ducting around all powder manufacturing and packing processes on site. This technology ensures perfect product consistency and performance outcomes, while vastly improving environmental outcomes – not least in improving levels of maintenance and providing greater clean air and housekeeping standards at the factory.

The company has a full range of grouts including a traditional white super-smooth WALL TILE GROUT for fine joint widths and a coarse-sanded grey WIDE JOINT GROUT for joints up to 20mm, as a standard EN13888 CG1 grout. Palace’s multipurpose ANTI-MOULD WALL & FLOOR GROUT offers the combined benefit of improved flexural strength, shrink- resistant wide joint properties and also “built-in” biocide protection to resist mould growth. The range is offered across a full range of colour shades.
Palace also offers its premium COLOUR- LOCK GROUT - a fast-setting, polymer fortified, mould resistant grout based on lime-free binder technology. The technical composition of this grout ensures that the finished colour shade is consistently achieved without being affected by efflorescence or shade variation.
