Emmer Ltd launches new UK manufactured 17.5L plastic bucket
Designed specifically for the UK market, the 17.5L square bucket is designed to fit on a standard sized UK pallet.
Emmer has launched its first UK made ‘off the
shelf’ square 17.5L plastic bucket with lid. The company has been designing and manufacturing bespoke plastic containers since 2009. Founder and owner, Jerry Mulders said; “Our UK customers indicated they wanted a new bucket shape and as a proactive and innovative UK manufacturer, we invested to meet our
customer’s needs. This is the first of our square range, with plans for other sizes to follow.” This launch also coincides with the arrival of IML robotisation, allowing the containers to be decorated with full colour, high resolution In-mould-labels. The built-in finger grips on the side of the bucket as well as the tamper evidence, come as standard. The optional plastic strap handles are available in a choice of colours allowing the handles to be highlighted or to blend in with the client’s bespoke corporate designs. By using specialist polymer blends with the latest design technology, we have exceeded our clients exacting demands for high temperature filling, low temperature cracking resistance and high top loading demands. All whilst keeping weight to a minimum. Making our products from recycled material will feature strongly in 2025 and additional investment will ensure we use plastics in as sustainable a way as possible. Being a design driven organisation, Emmer
provides a concept to delivery solution with the old-fashioned personal touch. The bucket external dimensions are 300 x 330mm and fit precisely with 12 buckets per layer on a 1200x1000 pallet.
