innovative
products and the creative thinking of the trade, to have a real impact on the financial success of both retailers and exhibitors. For the home and gift industry, it’s an event not to be missed! “The marketplace that Spring
Fair offers is something the internet can’t provide: a place to touch the products, feel their weight. Speaking to the suppliers and comparing your options. Discover a full range of products whether you’re looking to stock your shop, your website, or just for inspiration.”
Content to inform and inspire This year’s Spring Fair plays host to three exciting theatre and workshop spaces - The Main Stage, The Retail Skills Theatre, and The Studio - each delivering dedicated retail insight and trend information, with thought-provoking seminars and panel discussions. Glee returns to Spring Fair Following a successful launch in 2018, Glee at Spring Fair is back for a second time this year. Bringing a variety of specialist garden and outdoor living exhibitors to the show, the concession will take root
in Hall 3 adjacent to the DIY & Home Improvement sector in in order to provide an easier shopping route for visitors interested in gardening and DIY retail. The show-within-a-show concept will again feature exhibitors across outdoor furniture, outdoor furniture, outdoor entertaining, garden tools, garden lighting, plants and garden care, with a line-up that includes home and garden brand, Creative Products; supplier of specialist horticultural products, Fargro; wooden garden furniture manufacturer,
Rivero, German
barbecue brand, Tepro; and garden planter supplier Woodlodge. Similar to last year, the concession will have the best signature elements of Glee including; the wide boulevard aisle, Buyers Connect and the Glee Café.
Networking opportunities The Glee Café will act as a hub for Glee’s supporting trade associations – The HTA, GIMA and Gardenex, as well as home to the celebrated New Product Showcase where the Greatest Christmas Awards will be taking place. Bergs Potter exhibited for the first time last year and sales manager Anders Jeppsen was pleased with the result. He praises the “great location in the Glee concession”, adding: “we’ve seen a good spread of buyers from garden centres and interior designers visiting the stand.” Fargro key accounts development manager Kieran Daly says: “For us, the timing of Glee at Spring Fair is right for launching our new Christmas ranges and highlighting the spring and summer products we originally exhibited at the main Glee exhibition in September.”
As mentioned before, the decision
to locate Glee’s concession in closer proximity to the DIY and Home Improvement sector, has been a popular one and organisers promise greater opportunities crossover buying.

Find your match
The show has launched a new product finder App this year to help retail buyers pinpoint the products and exhibitors that are right for them with a simple swipe. Once users have updated your
profile, Spring Fair’s intuitive AI-assisted app matches visitors with smart product suggestions to help grow and diversify a retailer’s offering. Users simply swipe left to skip or right if they’re interested, and start chatting to exhibitors straight away within the App. Available on iPhone and Android, as well as on a desktop computer, the app allows users to view the show schedule and exhibitor offers to help plan for the show. Email
support@grip.events for any issues or support with the app.
