8. Stelrad expands cast iron radiator range
Radiator manufacturer Stelrad is expanding the range of options for its cast iron column radiators with two new products.
The range will now feature three options for its cast iron column radiators; the Hattersley, the Artisan, and the Foundry Cast Iron Column.
These floor standing radiators are available with a range of accessories including shrouds and base plates, wall stays, and manual and TRV valves and in a wide range of finishes including chrome,
natural brass, natural pewter, satin nickel and unlacquered brass. Alongside the new additions, the warranty across the cast iron range is increasing from 5 to 25 years.

Tile Rite introduces Ultra Light Tile Backer Board QEP brand Tile Rite has introduced its Ultra Light Tile Backer Board, designed to deliver a waterproof substrate for professional tile installation. With a waterproof membrane laminated on both faces, Ultra Light Tile Backer Boards are a reliable option for tiling around baths, basins, showers and wetrooms, and can be mounted directly to bare plaster, masonry and dense wooden boards, such as OSB (6-10-12mm thickness). The boards can be screwed or glued in place, and thicker versions (10mm-12mm) are suitable for use with wooden or steel framework.
Each board measures 1200mm x 600mm and weigh from just 1.2kg/m2 (6mm).
