of key industry members, this year we have reached out to the very best of the sector to decide who should receive the ultimate accolade. Following a strict set of criteria, one panel will be tasked with judging the retailer categories and the other will review the supplier categories.

I have more than eight years of experience in the industry as manager and owner of Luxe Cookshop in Northampton which specialises in unique gifting and cookware. I have a passion for innovative and stylish products, particu- larly if they come with sustainable green credentials. I’m always on the lookout for the next new “it” product.
Opening the year that Jamie Oliver was born, Trevor Mottram has been a name at the heart of The Pantiles for over 40 years. It is a cook shop which stocks everything a kitchen and cook needs, and at the head of the organisation is industry expert Sarah Wood.
