David Mason Design David Mason Design (DMD) was founded by the present chairman, David Cowan, in 1962 and has long been a supplier of award-winning acrylic and wood salt and pepper mills. In recent years, DMD has used its design and entrepreneurial expertise to create own-label kitchen and dining collections for major retailers. In early 2017 it launched new collections from The English Tableware Company. This brand was established many years ago by DMD and aims to epitomise everything that is great about British design.


Dexam International Dexam International is a family company based in Midhurst, in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Two brothers started the company in 1957, travelling around the world discovering products for improving the home, and importing them into the UK.
