Humidity control T

emperature and humidity are more closely linked than many realise. Bringing together the best of both, HiDew have developed their new CC Air Conditioning series—a sleek standalone unit designed to provide precise control of temperature and humidity in small rooms. The series of vertically standing units provide up to 110L/day of dehumidifi cation and maximum of 4.6kW of total cooling at with 300m3/hr, 450m3/hr and 900m3/hr sizes available. The range consists of three diff erent unit

versions. The CCV model stands as an air-cooled monobloc unit. Requiring a full fl oorspace of 1.15m x 1.05m, including clearance room, the HiDew CCV is ideal for small areas requiring precise climate control where space is at a premium, such as cellars, labs, and archive stores. For other applications requiring a more powerful model the series also includes CCA and CCW options across the 300, 450 and 900 range. The air cooled split CCA unit utilises a external condenser with modulating electronic fans that adjusts according to condensing temperature. Meanwhile the water cooled CCW unit comes equipped with an integrated plate exchanger and water side modulating valve to optimise condensing pressure. With a heating capacity of 2.6kW and 3kg

electrode humidifi er the HiDew stand-alone unit is ideal for eliminating outlier conditions in temperature and humidity whilst reducing the risk of mould and condensation. On-board mounted sensors monitor surrounding conditions optimising energy use and preserving comfortable conditions. Each model also comes with the Modbus RS485 serial board as standard, providing advanced electronic controls with bespoke software for 24/7 programmable control, remote ON/OFF management, alarm management and water supply management for CCW units. Backward-bladed EC fans coupled with brushless motors reduce both operational sound and power consumption. With fi ve diff erent working modes covering ventilation, dehumidifi cation, humidifi cation, heating and cooling, the unit acts as an all-in-one system for humidity and temperature control. Customisation options and upgrades are also

available, including enhanced fi ltration systems for water and air treatment, advanced control interfaces and additional sensors for more precise environmental monitoring and control. The model can further be adapted to off er air suction from alternative locations on the unit to suit your specifi c application requirements. Whether it’s preserving dinosaur bones in a museum, ensuring a fl avourful addition to the charcuterie board, or making sure data fl ows in your server room, the HiDew CCA Air Conditioner off ers a base for humidity and temperature control with a suite of additional options to customise the model to your space and your needs. Capable of supporting applications requiring climate control between 10°C-30°C and above 45% relative humidity, the HiDew CCA can create a controlled environment ideal for – but not limited to – wine cellars,

laboratories, humidors and storage facilities. At Humidity Solutions, we have decades of

experience designing and supplying solutions to create controlled conditions for our customers and are happy to add the HiDew CCA to our range. One recent client was Bray Cured, who created a purpose-built charcuterie curing facility and required humidity control to ensure product consistency with every batch. As both temperature and humidity needed to be controlled, the HiDew CCA Unit was the ideal solution and created the optimal environment for charcuterie curing. Alex, the founder of Bray Cured said “The HiDew CCA Unit has created the ideal environment for us to produce award-winning charcuterie for our customers. The level of service we received from Humidity Solutions throughout the process was excellent, making it easy to understand as someone who is not an expert in humidity control.” We have the capability to design, supply, install
