Dantex brings the latest technology
STAND 3 C15: Dantex has been a regular exhibitor at Label Expo Europe since the 1980s and in the USA for many years. Dantex’s sole mission has always been to bring the latest technology to market; from the high quality printing plates manufactured by Toray Industries, paired with self- designed and built processors, to the more sophisticated digital UV Inkjet digital printing presses that Dantex now offers.
PICOJET: At Label Expo this year, Dantex will present its latest innovation the PicoJet range built by its Advance Engineering Team at Kettering. The PicoJet 350RF modular digital platform with in-line finishing, a ultra-high speed, high productivity label press, together with its sister models, PicoJet 350R and PicoJet 254R. These two will be shown as reel to reel production versions suitable for offline finishing. All PicoJet models offer superior print quality and are capable of printing upto 7 colours CMYK + White + 2 are available with a range of user-friendly software and hardware options. To meet today’s digital requirements, Dantex Pico UV inkjet systems have been designed with speed, quality, versatility and cost of ownership in mind.
PICOCOLOUR: The versatile and ever popular PicoColour 210RF label press with inline finishing will also be running on stand. Designed to meet every requirement with no minimum quantity, no waste and a super-fast turnaround, Dantex Pico digital solutions provide fast, easy and cost-effective label production, suitable for both short and long run jobs.
RAPIDOFLEX: Dantex has also continued investment in traditional plates and processing and has recognized market demand for short print runs. To meet this demand Dantex will launch the new Rapidoflex RF-M2 plate, an extremely high-quality water wash plate for UV Flexo. RapidoFlex M2 offers VOC-free plate making in a super-fast time of only 15 minutes, in conjunction with a new dedicated ultra-fast processor capable of offering fast inline/offline plate making.

ABG celebrate anniversary with new machines
STAND 6 A37: Marking their 65 year anniversary in style, AB Graphic will be showcasing their full range of new developments at Labelexpo. With 20 machines featured, this will be the largest Labelexpo ever for the company. Their portfolio of finishing innovations will include the Digital Embellishment Module (Jetfx) - specified for integration on the Digicon Series 3 converting line, Jetfx gives an offline fully digital system, allowing for multiple processes in one pass including tactile spot varnishing and cold foiling. Featuring two inkjet heads with UV pinning and UV curing, automated cold foil throw-off, shuttle system for inspection and waste reduction, chill rollers for sensitive materials, pre press software and food compliant fluids. Digicon Range - a machine specially designed for top-end beverage applications will be on show as well as the Digicon Lite - being a ‘show first’, this new version incorporates a semi-rotary flexo. Also on show will be the Digilase 4.0 Laser System, the B5010 Booklet Machine, the Advanced fleyeVision Camera Inspection and the Ti 200 RFID Insertion System.
