ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL EDITION OF FOOTWEAR TODAY LIVE!

Footwear Today Live returned to the NCC in Birmingham last month with more than 150 leading footwear brands on display!

T

he first edition of Footwear Today Live for 2025 took place last month, returning once again to the National Conference

Centre (NCC) in Birmingham. This time we had over 150 different footwear, fashion and accessories brands on display – spread across nine event rooms across two floors! We welcomed hundreds of footwear retailers

in February from all over the UK, with many of them commenting on how the show has grown and the fact that they needed to attend both days of the show simply to get round it all! Attendees said it has become such a convenient and timely buying event in the industry calendar. Indeed, it is a very friendly show, not to mention its great location in the midlands and easy access with free parking and even a shuttle bus between the NCC and Birmingham International Train Station. Footwear Today Live provides retailers the

first chance to see, in person, new ranges for the upcoming seasons! And many retailers use the show to meet with their biggest brand partners and place their orders for the year ahead.

What the retailers said… Dale Bruce from W M Bruce Shoes in Inverurie, Scotland, visited both days Footwear Today Live in order to buy her stock for next season… “The show is great to interact with the

suppliers and gain knowledge on new products,” she said. “It is also great to meet other buyers to discuss brands and the ups and downs of retail.

We always visit for two full days – with the added bonus of a lovely lunch and complimentary shuttle bus back to the airport!” Faye Clark, of Finale Shoes in Northumberland, added: “The show was so useful for us; a number of our brands were there and we organised all of our appointments in advance, and then also left time to wander around the show and visit potential new brands. “Being able to view a number of collections and place our orders over a couple of days all in one place is the best bit of the show for us. As a small family-run business, the less time we have to take out of the shop and away from our customers, the better.”

Meanwhile, Andreas Andreou from Brookfield

Comfort in Welshpool, commented: “As always we found the show well organised with a huge
