FILTRATION & SEPARATION

The portable AD Oracle laser system incorporates the intelligent operating system – iQ2 – which offers access to lots of performance data

lead to unscheduled downtime 2) to support manufacturers in their

workplace atmosphere management programmes to help maintain clean, safe environments Extraction technology has had to innovate

in recent years to keep pace with increasing process speed resulting from the convergence of fibre laser technology and process automation. This automation enables the integration of lots of complementary systems to create one holistic solution – and BOFA can be an important part of that architecture, by designing technology capable of capturing particulate at the point of laser ablation. This helps filter fume or dust in the process

area to avoid the risk of contamination of products or components, such as rollers or bearings. Unplanned downtime is the enemy, so any unscheduled stoppage in a 24/7 operation could be quite costly. The objective of optimal productivity

requires a greater focus on automation informed by data capture and analytics. BOFA’s latest portable AD Oracle laser system

filter status, temperature, percentage motor running and operating efficiency, along with any visual alarms – thereby presenting a snapshot of system pressure and percentage capacity utilisation. This data can help head-off potential issues before they have an impact on production and can also be used to inform system configuration to maximise filter life. All this information is presented using internationally recognisable icons and multiple language options.

incorporates the next generation intelligent operating system – iQ2 – which offers access to lots of performance data. This includes extended onboard data logs and real-time system condition visualisation, along with a colour touchscreen user interface, smart navigation, enhanced alarms and remote system upgrades. This means that users can quickly review

Keep on top of demand As operators increase their process speeds with increasing demand, it is important to stay on top of what that means for workplace practices and product quality. By utilising automated tools like the iQ2 system and the right fume extraction

solutions, companies can optimise their investment in smart technology supporting timely exchange of filters in step with production schedules.

ECO PHYSICS nCLD "Facelift" boxed solutions nCLD AL3

Measurement of: NO · NO2 · NOX · NH3

Compact analyzer with integrated pump Simultaneous NO, NO2, NOX and NH3 measurement Intuitive graphical user interface Internal data logger and status recorder Remote operation/control, Power DOWN/UP USB, HDMI, LAN/WLAN, Bluetooth, RS-232, Analog I/O

The three-channel chemiluminescence based NOX/NH3 analyz- ers of the nCLD "Facelift" box-solution analyzers detect NO, NO2, NOX and NH3 at concentration ranges from 0 - 50ppb to 0 - 50ppm with a minimal detection limit from 0.4 ppb. The three-channel nCLD AL3 includes an internal pump and comes as a fixed and pre-configured analyzer. The slightly modified front panel has been equipped with an additional Power-button and a new internal PC. Additionally, are all nCLD-models capable of a remote power down/up including a failsafe feature. The nCLD AL3 is the ideal instrument for ambient air monitoring, either in- stalled in racks, fixed monitoring stations or mobile laboratories. The instrumentʼs inlet operates at ambient pressure. Calibration of the unit runs quick and automatic while all necessary data is continuously stored and readily available anywhere and at any time. According to ISO EN 14211.
