ELECTRONICS | MARCH 2017 35 efus™A7UL T
he mono buttons from RAFI's new range RAMO C combine capacitive touch input, a variety of lighting options, and an elegant design within a robust, single housing. Due to the wear-free capacitive input technology and a fully sealed housing, RAMO buttons are ideally suited for use in harsh environments. The single- case housing design and four-pole plug & play connection with M8 or M12 thread sizes ensure a fast, safe installation. RAMO buttons are sized for standard 22.3 and 30.3 mm mounting
holes. They keep a very low profile and are available with square and round collars. The integrated LED provides a uniform illumination of the entire actuator surface. The light is red when not actuated and turns green when actuated. By applying a signal to pin 2, the button can also serve to indicate other status information by flashing red. An interruption of the power supply triggers white flashing to alert the user.
