   The combination of the i950 and i750 servo inverters and the decentralised i650 motec frequency inverter forms a consistent and highly flexible drive system that can be optimally adapted to the individual requirements of modern machine builders. Thanks to their modular architecture, machine concepts can be expanded without system modifications. The devices support both servo and AC motors and offer a wide selection of fieldbus and feedback systems – ideal for a wide range of applications. Integrated safety functions such as STO, SLS and SS1 ensure reliable protection, even without an encoder. At the same time, the systems enable high energy efficiency with up to 60% less motor losses and an overload torque of up to 300%. Real-time diagnostic functions, cyber security


and cloud connection create full transparency and future-proofing. Commissioning is quick and straightforward thanks to guided routines, auto-tuning and pre-configured applications – for a smooth start to production.


  At the trade fair, Lenze also demonstrated how automated engineering workflows reduce manual work steps, shorten set-up times and make small batch sizes with a high number of variants economical. The combination of i950, i750 and i650 motec forms an integrated drive system that can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of modern printing machines.
